At least 50% of your current lashes need to be present otherwise you will be charged for a full set. We recommend an infill every 2-3 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. If this time has lapsed, your deposit will not be refunded.
There is a 10 minute grace period only, please note lateness may affect results due to restricted time.
All first time clients must book a patch test at least 48 hours prior to you booking date. If no patch test has been carried out, the service will not be fulfilled.
Please contact within 72 hours for a free fix if unhappy with the results, no refunds offered.
