2. Booking & Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If you fail to cancel within this time frame, you will not be refunded your deposit].

  • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will not be refunded your deposit and may be banned from booking again.

• No-Show Policy: A “No-Show” is considered when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-show clients will be will not have their deposit refunded  and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Payment

• Payments for lash extension services well be partially paid online and the remaining are due in person unless agreed otherwise.

• We accept payments via credit/debit card online and cash in person.

• All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
